Days/Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PT and as assigned

JOB SUMMARY:

An Inside Sales Representative’s (ISR) responsibility is to prospect for positive engagement opportunities for Quest. Inside Sales Representatives work within an assigned list of accounts to uncover new opportunities and build relationships with clients for future engagements and expansion of Quest offerings. ISRs identify, nurture and support opportunity progress with both new and existing clients. ISRs record all client efforts and communication within Quest UCCS’s CRM. ISRs bring forward leads to their manager for approval and resource assignment from Quest UCCS Director of Operations or Quest CEO. ISRs complete the sales cycle for leads within their assigned accounts. ISRs collaborate with internal departments to improve the velocity of business and to create solutions that serve the best interests of our clients at Quest.

Essential Functions:

  • Meet and/or exceed individual Inside Sales Representative goals for opportunities and workshops for Quest
  • Become an expert in managing your client pipeline within the CRM Tigerpaw
  • Be an integral and producing part of the Quest Sales Team, bringing new opportunities to Quest
  • Drive opportunities and Quest assessments/workshops, by creating new touch points with clients and building productive relationships through long-term nurture process and frequent touch points
  • Cultivate sales through both outbound prospecting and inbound leads
  • Uncover and capture key account information to leverage in nurture efforts, such as: ongoing or new projects, decision makers, pain points, expansions, etc.
  • Partner with Marketing to drive attendance to seminars, assist with client events, as needed
  • Diligently enter and update all data pertaining to each client/account/opportunity in Quest UCCS’s CRM Tigerpaw
  • Send all engagement opportunities (Opps) to Quest UCCS Director of Operations and with approval or Quest CEO for next steps
  • Maintain accurate monthly commission reports and time cards and send to Business Development Manager for approval
  • The incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as apparent or assigned
  • This position is a non-exempt position and reports to the Business Development Manager

JOB SPECIFICATIONS – Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:

  • Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
  • If working remotely, experience working as a remote part of a team, with demonstrated success
  • Understanding of a customer relationship database and skilled use of CRM management.
  • Consistency in documenting calls and emails in a database
  • Aptitude for maximizing call time and personalizing follow up emails
  • Competence in identifying decision-makers and their technology interests
  • Demonstrated skills working with Gatekeepers, to gain access to key personnel within potential client’s organization
  • Savvy communication skills and strong listening skills when working with clients to uncover pain and possibility for Quest to engage
  • Steadfastness in follow-through and tenacity in monitoring and tracking leads
  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and build new ones
  • Motivated individual who keeps current with company messaging and processes to ensure the greatest client connection and maximize business opportunities
  • Other Tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3-5 Years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Inside Sales

Working Conditions / Environment & Physical Demands:

  • May be required to work off-hours, weekend & holidays as needed
  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent issues and remain calm under high pressure situations
  • High Pace; High Impact, and Highly Demanding
  • Punctuality is critical; must make meetings and deliverables on-time
  • Heavy telephone use
  • Incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as required
  • Sit for long periods of time May be required to work off-hours, weekend & holidays as needed

Wages and Benefits:

  • Full time
  • Hourly wage $20 - $30
